Please take a few minutes (approx. 10) to complete the following application.  Once the application has been submitted it will be reviewed by the TBHS grade level principal and counselor for their approval.  Once the application has been approved you will be contacted to gather more information and/or set-up an interview with the parent/guardian and a New Horizons High School Official.  Interviews are scheduled once openings in classroom rosters become available.
